Steps:
- Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
- Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana)
- Forward Fold (Uttanasana)
- Halfway Lift (Ardha Uttanasana)
- Plank Pose (Phalakasana)
- Chaturanga Dandasana
- Upward-Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)
- Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
- Repeat steps 2-8 in reverse order

Warrior Sequence
